Position Overview: As the Senior PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and elevate our clients' presence in the fashion industry. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all PR efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote fashion brands, products, and campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fashion media, influencers, and industry professionals to secure high-impact placements and coverage.
  • Create compelling press releases, media kits, and editorial pitches that effectively communicate brand stories and key messages.
  • Proactively identify PR opportunities and trends within the fashion industry to capitalise on emerging market developments.
  • Manage PR budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within scope.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimise PR strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (such as marketing, creative, and social media) to integrate PR initiatives into overall brand campaigns.
  • Measure and analyse PR campaign performance using metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in PR roles within the fashion industry, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and media placements.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and media landscape, with a network of contacts within fashion media and influencer communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pitch stories effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, able to identify PR opportunities that align with client objectives and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in PR measurement and analytics tools to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Experience managing PR budgets and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments and fostering a positive work environment.
