Job SpecificationsRole Designation: Sr RM/RM Investment Products Department: Investment ProductsFunction: Sales/Wealth Management Company: MOFSL Reporting to: Cluster Manager Location: Ahmedabad, Surat Job PurposeThe role would require to cater to investment needs of mass affluent clients. To meet desired revenue, client acquisition and AUM targets. To ensure all processes are followed keeping in mind the ethos of the organization.Key Deliverables1. Cater to investment needs of mass affluent clients by recommending products like MF, PMS, AIF, PE, SP, Unlisted Shares, Bonds, Direct Equity and Equity Advisory Products 2. Wealth Managers from Banks: Should be managing a book of 25 to 50 crores, preferably focused on investments only.3. Wealth Managers, A minimum of 2 years of stability with the same organization and an AUM of 50 crores is required.4. Meet the required AUM, investor acquisition and AUM targets for given area.5. Ensure the timely delivery of customized wealth advise to HNI customers6. Periodic review of client’s portfolio to ensure that they are in line with client’s investment objectives7. Joint calls with branch teamRole Requirementso Educational Qualifications: Post Graduation – MBA in Financeo Experience: 3+ Years in sales/wealth management of handling the HNI clients. o Team handling experience: Not mandatoryo Preferred industry back ground: Wealth Management, Banking, Investment Counsellingo Domain Knowledge: Sales/Wealth Management, capital markets, Investment Products
