Best known as Citrus Pay’s founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That’s how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money. From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations. We've embraced cutting-edge technology, harnessed the power of data analytics, and assembled a diverse team of creative thinkers and industry experts who share our vision for a more accessible, transparent, and inclusive financial ecosystem. We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew.Roles and responsibilities: Own and deliver high-quality in-app motion assets, including micro-interactions, transitions, and animations usingLottie, Rive, and related formats. Partner with Product Design and Product teams toenhance usability and product clarity through motion, making experiences feel intuitive, responsive, and delightful. Translate product goals and user needs into motion concepts thatsimplify complex ideas and guide user behaviorinside the app. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing) tounderstand requirements, define motion direction, and plan deliverablesend-to-end. Take strong ownership of assigned projects —drive motion quality, timelines, and craft, while proactively identifying opportunities to level up the experience. Establish and maintain a high bar for motion craft bybenchmarking against industry standards, staying aware of best practices, and iterating toward excellence. Stay current with motion styles, interaction patterns, and visual trends, andadapt them to create original, brand-aligned motion systems/artworkthat communicate clearly and effectively.What is needed for this role :- 2+ years of professional experience as a motion graphic designer A portfolio that demonstrates robust motion design, and animation work. Experience working with Lottie files, Figma & the Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in After Effects, Premiere and Illustrator. A keen eye for interaction design.
