Our vision is to be the world's most trusted and topmost Travel curated commerce platform.
We are looking for a Holiday Sales Executive who is equally passionate & has an ability to deal with HNI customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interact with premium clients and understand their requirements
- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop and present customized travel packages that cater to client desires and exceed expectations.
- Sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, activities, and travel insurance.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals.
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (freshers or 1 year of experience considered).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking systems (a plus).
