You will be teamed up with Associates and Partners at DMS to work on engagements to resolve business problems and implement the solutions provided to them.Objectives of this role - • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality insights for the growth of businesses • For each engagement, the Consultants will collect and analyze the data and will come up with transformational recommendations for the client • In some cases, you will be asked to travel to your client’s siteYour learning – When you join DMS, the leaders and the team will ensure the acceleration of your development similar to the acceleration of business transformation. We have an inclusive culture with continuous improvements and training throughout working, to help you perform better in your responsibilities.Responsibilities - • Partner with relevant stakeholders across business units to build a lasting relationship and gain their confidence during engagement • Formulate, analyze, and test the hypotheses by brainstorming collaboratively and communicating challenges timely and efficiently with managerial, and executive teams • Obtain and analyze data and prepare reports to communicate the insights to relevant stakeholders as per the governance structure and implement recommendations in collaboration with the client team members • Attend and conduct continual developments and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills • Convert complex information by synthesizing clear insights through qualitative and quantitative techniques • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insightsDMS believes in constant but steady development and learning with which you will continuously receive mentoring sessions with your seniors and partners. You will have the privilege to work on complex problems closely with the business leaders under the guidance and mentorship of the Client Relations team, who manage staffing and allocation of different kinds of engagements based on your skills and the needs of the clients.A Consultant’s position for DMS is quite challenging, illuminating, and a super flexible career. Initially, you will work on multiple engagements with different team members on different sectoral and industrial clients. You will work on optimizing the people's performance, building operational strategies, resolving corporate finance issues, etc.Preferred skills and qualifications • Hiring candidate with 0 to 1 year of experience • Preferred - MBA in Operations, Finance or Marketing or +2 years of experience after your undergraduate degree • Ability to work collaboratively with the team creating a positive work culture • Capability of handling an engagement or a project and the team members deployed for the same • Ability to be comfortable with change implementation; Be at a client’s place or within the organization • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
