Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting and Tax Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm and a strong background in accounting, GST returns, income tax, tax audits, and company registration. 

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Income Tax Return and Income Tax Audit: Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Assist in conducting income tax audits, including preparing audit reports and documentation.
  2. GST Return: Manage the preparation and filing of GST returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GST regulations. Review and verify transactions to ensure GST compliance.
  3. Company Regulatory Compliance & Audit: Ensure companies comply with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements. Conduct statutory audits of companies as per regulatory requirements. 
  4. Team Work: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals, support various projects, and contribute to a positive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com), or CA Inter.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, income tax regulations, GST laws, and tax audit processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Experience with company registration and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
