We’re a fast-moving health-tech startup backed by innovation, impact, and a relentless focus on solving real problems in healthcare.The Opportunity We’re looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive with 3-4 year experience who thrives in uncharted territory. This isn’t your typical sales role—you’ll be introducing cutting-edge AI technology to pathologists and lab directors, many of whom are encountering digital pathology for the first time. You’ll need to be part educator, part strategist, and full-on hustler to break into labs, win trust, and close deals.What You’ll Do • Hunt and own your territory: Identify, target, and engage diagnostic centers, pathology labs, and hospitals across Hyderabad and surrounding regions • Educate and inspire: Conduct compelling product demonstrations that show pathologists how our AI platform enhances diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency • Build relationships that stick: Develop deep connections with lab directors, pathologists, and hospital administrators—become their trusted advisor • Think creatively: Use unconventional outreach strategies to get your foot in the door—whether it’s attending medical conferences, leveraging referrals, or creating local awareness campaigns • Move fast: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, coordinating with technical and operations teams for seamless installations and trials • Stay agile: Adapt your pitch and approach based on real-time feedback from different customer segments • Drive results: Own your numbers—meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a high-accountability environment • Be the eyes and ears: Provide critical market intelligence on competitor moves, pricing dynamics, and customer pain pointsWhat We’re Looking For • 3-4 years in B2B sales, in medical devices, diagnostic equipment, lab instruments, or healthcare technology • Scrappy and resourceful: You don’t wait for leads—you create opportunities • Technically curious: Comfortable learning and explaining AI/digital pathology concepts to clinical audiences • Relationship builder: Natural ability to connect with doctors, lab owners, and healthcare decision-makers • Self-starter: Thrives with autonomy, owns your territory like it’s your own business • Excellent communicator: Can present confidently to everyone from lab technicians to hospital CEOs • Road warrior mentality: Ready to travel extensively (60-70%) across your region • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related field Bonus Points • Existing network in Hyderabad’s diagnostics/pathology ecosystem • Experience in startup or early-stage company environments • Understanding of AI, digital health, or medical device regulations • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive marketsWhy Join Aindra • Impact that matters: Help bring world-class cancer diagnostics to underserved regions • Be an early contributor: Shape our go-to-market strategy and build processes from scratch • High-performance culture: We move fast, iterate quickly, and reward results • Competitive pay + strong incentives: Your performance directly impacts your earnings • Growth trajectory: As we scale, high performers grow into leadership roles • Mission-driven team: Work alongside people who care deeply about solving hard problems in healthcareLocation: Hyderabad (field-based with regional travel)Ready to make a difference?
