Job Description:

Experience: RHEL(any version) /Solaris(any version)/OEL(any version)/ HPUX (any version)

At least 5 to 7 years of live experience of resolving L2/L3 level of technical incident resolution in Linux/Unix /RHEL/Solaris/OEL/HPUX] Platform.

Must have - L2/L3 Solaris OS administration activities including LDOM/CDOM, Solaris Zone (local/global), UFS, ZFS, Solaris Volume manager, Veritas cluster, Oracle RAC cluster, Oracle ASM.

Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) /Or any ITSM Tool incident resolution practice.

Knowledge and working experience of ITIL processes in BAU IT IS support.

Basic knowledge of working with MS Office, Office 365 email service.

Good Written & verbal English communication skills.

Good to know - Oracle engineering system - Exadata and Supercluster

Good to know - Python and Bash scripting, Ansible

Good to know - Nagios monitoring tool
