Job Title: Android Engineer (Kotlin + Flutter) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2–3 Years We are seeking a skilled Android Engineer with strong expertise in Kotlin and hands-on experience in Flutter to join our mobile development team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing high-performance Android applications, while also contributing to cross-platform initiatives using Flutter. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin. Build and optimize cross-platform mobile features using Flutter (Dart). Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.). Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs. Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Stay updated with the latest Android and Flutter ecosystem trends. Qualifications 2–3 years of professional experience in Android development. Strong proficiency in Kotlin (primary language for Android development). Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, etc.). Experience with Flutter state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX). Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of material design principles and responsive UI development. Experience with testing frameworks: JUnit, Espresso (Android), flutter_test (Flutter).   Required Skills Published apps on Google Play Store. Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics). Knowledge of dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger, Koin). Familiarity with reactive programming (Coroutines, Flow, RxJava). Contributions to open-source projects or personal Flutter/Android apps. Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary. Flexible work hours and remote-friendly culture. Health insurance & paid time off. Opportunity to work on innovative cross-platform products. Apply ONLY VIA .  Applicants sending emails/DMs to the employees of Atmana will be disqualified.
