Position:ServiceNow Developer – ITOM Experience:5–7 Years (Relevant: 4+ Years) Notice Period:Immediate to 45 Days Location:Bangalore Work Mode:Hybrid Interview Mode:L1 – Virtual, L2 – Face to FaceJob Summary We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Developerwith strong hands-on expertise inITOM (mandatory)and experience in other ServiceNow modules likeCPG and SAM Pro . The ideal candidate should have excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions end-to-end.General Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements. Work independently or collaboratively within a global delivery environment. Interact regularly with clients to understand business processes and requirements. Participate in requirement gathering, user story creation, and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the program team in tool functionality discussions. Ensure ServiceNow standard practices are followed in configuration and customization. Manage application deployment, configuration, and secure environment operations. Review and translate user stories into technical solutions with mock-ups and process documentation. Support integration and automation of ServiceNow workflows with third-party applications.Technical Skills and Requirements Mandatory:ServiceNow ITOM module development and configuration. Hands-on experience inServiceNow Administration & Development– including application modules, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine Studio, UI Builder, and catalog requests. Strong inJavaScript, Angular JS, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5. Experience inCloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG)– designing workflows, automation, and integrations across AWS and Azure environments. Proficiency inServiceNow integrations(SOAP, REST, scripted web services, connectors). Experience withCMDB/Discovery automation, MID Server administration , andDev-UAT-PRODmigration processes. Experience in multi-module implementation (ITOM, CPG, SAM Pro). Skilled inUI/UX design , wireframing, and documentation of user journeys. Excellent knowledge ofDevOps tools(Git/Azure DevOps) andCI/CD pipelines . Strong understanding ofdata modeling , access control models, and technical workflow diagrams. Ability to deliver 4–6 ServiceNow projects end-to-end from requirement gathering to go-live.Soft Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative attitude and ability to work across teams and geographies. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and presentation skills.Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified Administrator(Mandatory) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist(in ITAM, ITOM, or other relevant areas)
