We are looking for a highly skilled Sterling OMS Architect to lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Sterling OMS (versions 9.4 and 10). As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that align with both business and customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Customization
- Drive end-to-end implementation and customization of Sterling OMS 9.4 and 10.
- Develop and enhance functionalities to streamline order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Ensure solutions meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
Integration Expertise
- Design and implement seamless integrations with ERP systems and logistics platforms.
- Maintain robust and efficient data flows between Sterling OMS and other enterprise systems.
Performance Optimization
- Define system traces and calculate estimated dates to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance assessments and ensure systems consistently meet or exceed benchmarks.
Customer-Centric Customization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for unique business and customer needs.
- Provide solutions for complex order and inventory workflows.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and direction.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business, technical, and project stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams to align on objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Sterling OMS (versions 9.4 and 10).
- Expertise in order fulfillment and inventory management processes.
- Proficient in ERP and logistics system integrations.
- Advanced skills in defining traces, calculating estimated dates, and developing customer-specific customizations.
- Proven ability to meet system performance benchmarks and optimize workflows.
- Demonstrated experience leading development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
