Manage and optimizePostgreSQLschemas, queries, and migrations. Design and implementREST APIsfor web and mobile clients. IntegrateStackAuth ,GST/E-invoice APIs , and other third-party services. IntroduceRedis caching ,RabbitMQ , and worker queues for async processing. Dockerize services and manageCI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions / Render / AWS). Establishobservability (logging, metrics, tracing)for operational reliability. Conduct code reviews, mentor the junior engineer, and enforce code quality standards. Collaborate asynchronously with the consultant/architect/lead using documentation and debugging. Proven experience designingREST APIs and data models at scale. Strong knowledge ofPostgreSQL optimization and indexing. Hands-on withDocker, CI/CD pipelines , and cloud deployment. Comfortable workingasynchronouslyin a small, fast-moving team. Ownership mindset — ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work in afast-paced startup environmentwith shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Comfortable taking ownership of tasks while collaborating asynchronously across teams.
