Job Description :


Skills Required :

- Delivery of end-to-end IT projects in a global environment

- Experience in Application Engineering, Low Code Development, Analytics, Application Migration, Data Migration, Cloud Migration, or Application Upgrades

- Leadership in medium to large-sized projects of moderate to high risk, impact, and complexity

- Proficiency in Agile & Waterfall methods of delivery

Tools : MS PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, Planview, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerApps (or similar)

Detailed Description :

End-to-End Project Delivery :

- Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end IT projects in a global environment.

- Projects may encompass Application Engineering, Low Code Development, Analytics, Application Migration, Data Migration, Cloud Migration, or Application Upgrades.

Project Leadership :

- Lead medium to large-sized projects with moderate to high risk, impact, and complexity.

- Ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.

- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and oversight to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Agile & Waterfall Methodologies :

- Fluent in Agile and Waterfall methods of delivery.

- Adapt project management methodologies based on project requirements, team dynamics, and organizational preferences.

Tool Proficiency :

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, Planview, Smartsheet, etc.

- Experience in using visualization and reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau for project tracking and reporting.

- Familiarity with low code development platforms like PowerApps or similar tools for rapid application development.

Stakeholder Management :

- Effectively manage stakeholders at various levels including business sponsors, project sponsors, project teams, and external vendors.

- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans in a clear and concise manner.

Risk Management :

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues and challenges.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.

- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to monitor project progress and quality.

Continuous Improvement :

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices, processes, and tools.

- Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the project team to optimize project delivery outcomes.
