Senior Associate - Social Media & Email Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

- Create high-quality, visually appealing content (images, videos, and text) that resonates with our target audience.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and manage community interactions.

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Email Marketing Management:

- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated triggers.

- Segment email lists to deliver targeted content and personalize the user experience.

- A/B test different email subject lines, content, and send times to optimize open and click-through rates.

- Monitor email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Website & Web Assets Management:

- Manage and update website content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly.

- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement website changes and improvements.

- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

SEO Management:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.

- Monitor website performance in search engine results pages (SERPs) and make adjustments to improve rankings.

Digital Tool Implementation and Automation:

- Leverage various digital tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing and email marketing.

- BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field (Marketing).

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and email marketing platforms.

- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
