These capabilities can be accessed by any blockchain, originator or liquidity provider configured as GlueX module and made available to the protocol’s competitive optimizer networkWe are a startup team of ~15 engineers with a wealth of experience from building OTEX, and the team members are globally distributed around the world while enjoying the benefits of being remote workersThe RoleWe’re looking for a creative, product minded Frontend engineers who loves taking ownership from concept to launch. You will deliver elegant, responsive and high performing user facing features using Next.js (or React) and Typescript. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers and backend engineers to best balance constraints with requirements, delivering best in class user interfaces optimized for modern mobile and desktop browsers, while creating frontend infrastructure to support rapid experimentation and developmentOur tech stack: React, Next.js, Typescript, viem, AWSJob responsibilitiesOwn the user experience – plan, build and ship new features end to endCollaborate closely with design, product managers and backend engineers to plan, develop and launch new product features, iterate on existing features and UI functionality, and build a world class user experienceIdentify, troubleshoot and resolve existing or newly identified prioritised defectsEnsure high quality code through solid testing and adherence to best practices/standardsParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share ideas/knowledge among your peersCreate and maintain technical documentation as part of new features or spike discoveriesConsider automation, accessibility, security, observability, disaster recovery, high availability, documentation and performance as part of all owned applications/deliverablesActively participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectivesWhat we're looking forEssential Qualifications:3+ years of professional full time experience with frontend development (React / Next.js preferred)Professional experience building and maintaining production grade web applications using Typescript, Next.js, CSS frameworks (tailwind, MUI preferred) and other relevant technologiesStrong background in frontend state management libraries, build systems, bundlers and static asset optimizationFamiliarity with integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing data fetching strategies and handling edge cases gracefullyOptimize frontend applications for maximum speed, scalability and responsivenessExperience with frontend testing frameworks (jest, cypress) and maintaining a high degree of confidence in code qualityUnderstanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices and performance optimization techniquesProven experience working with globally distributed teams and excellent communication skillsComfortable working in an agile environment with iterative development practices including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectivesAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and guide the team toward successful project completionsNice to have:Familiarity or strong interest in blockchain technologies, DeFi ecosystems and crypto toolsExperience working closely with design tools (Figma) and contributing to design systemsKnowledge of UI and animation frameworks, touch user interfaces and MVP application designExposure to localization and internationalization best practicesNote: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
