We’re seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer - Automation to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving quality assurance for our AI/ML solutions.

Job Summary: As a Quality Engineer - Automation, you will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python to ensure the quality and functionality of our AI-driven applications and solutions. Your expertise in automation testing will contribute to enhancing the robustness of our systems, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Python.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements, features, and design specs for effective test coverage.
  • Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts that ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
  • Conduct end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Design and manage test environments and test data for efficient test execution.
  • Report test results, document defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Continuously improve test processes, frameworks, and automation tools.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members in test automation best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Python.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of test automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to AI/ML applications or data-centric testing.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
