The company commenced its business operations on 1st April 2021 and has acquired businesses from 3i Infotech Limited, Automated Workflow Private Limited, Path Solutions and Beyontec 2nable Solutions Private Limited during the year 2021.

Azentio provides mission critical, vertical-specific software products to clients in banking, financial services, insurance and mid to large enterprise verticals, including key products such as Kastle (universal banking platform), iMAL (Islamic core banking platform), Amlock(compliance software suite), Premi Astra (core insurance software), Orion (enterprise resource planning software), Beyontec Suite and MFund Plus (asset and wealth management platform).
Azentio has over 800 clients in more than 60 countries with a team of over 2,400 employees across offices in 9 countries This position will be a part of Controllership team handling the legal entities across the Group.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparation of financial statements independently in line with the applicable local entity GAAPs
- Strong knowledge in understanding and incorporating the accounting standards - IND AS / IFRS.
- Close coordination with external auditors during reviews and ensure the completion of the audit on time.
- General Ledger review, monthly books closure transactions and Fixed Assets
- Expert knowledge in spreadsheet working and excellent communication skills.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders to analyse the period end transactions and finalise the schedules.
Qualification & Reporting:
- Qualified CA with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Reporting to Manager Financial Reporting.
Location: Mumbai

- Strong analytical and accounting skills
- Dynamic and team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively across all levels and functions.
- Ability to quickly grasp changes to complex business processes in a dynamic environment.
- Excel skills required for analysis.
- Big4 experience is a plus
