Hands-on experience with one of more programming languages (Java / JavaScript) Proven experience and ability to create best practices and policies to improve quality at program level. Strong technical skills and ability to solve Quality Engineering technical problems. Strong problem-solving skills and managing multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and should be able to manage client stakeholders and act as a liaison between QE team and clients. Experience managing mid-size team of QAs working on multiple products. Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures. Analyze production data to identify areas of growth. Excellent data analyzing and review skills. Experience of working in an agile environment and the role of QA in agile ceremonies Knowledge on Jira, Zephyr for Test Management Proficient Testing experience
