Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Airworthiness Manager at Nalwa Aero. As an Airworthiness Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations and standards. Your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing the airworthiness of the NALWA eVTOL, conducting inspections and assessments, managing documentation, and coordinating with regulatory authorities.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain airworthiness policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the airworthiness of aircraft and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to address airworthiness issues and implement corrective actions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities on airworthiness matters and facilitate regulatory inspections and approvals.

Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices related to airworthiness and incorporate them into our processes and procedures.



Qualifications


An effective experience in aviation and experience working with aircraft and airlines

Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and standards like CAR 21.

Experience in managing airworthiness compliance and documentation

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and regulatory bodies.

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field

Experience with electric aircraft or eVTOLs is a plus
