Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stake holders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows. - Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement. - Support project planning, execution, and delivery by providing analytical insights. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance. - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. - Work closely with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions. - Day to day involvement with the development team to review and understand the FSD, write BRD and Testing documents.Qualifications & Required Skills:- Trade or Capital Markets Broker/Dealer Surveillance solutions implementation or development experience in a cohesive environment comprising and experience required on: - Oracle or MS-SQL Database - Actimize AIS, RCM, and Trade Surveillance solutions experience - SMARTS Trade Surveillance solutions experience - Actimize ERCM for alerts ingestion and integration development experience - Sales Practices Modles for Trade Surveillance - Domain knowledge of Trade Surveillance and in general compliance knowledge - Hands on experience on writing exceptional and complex SQL queries and procedures - Hands on experience on using tools like JIRA, HP QC ALM etc. - Ability and experience of working in Scrum agile methodology - Experience to work with the teams on global presence - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Should be able to work independently to result high quality deliverables, covering both functional and non functional requirements - Work with internal teams and client resources to be able to assist in release migrations- General Characteristics of Success: - Possess the necessary skillset to quickly learn new technologies and the analytical skills required to drive critical issues to resolution within our team and/or in collaboration with external teams. - Effective prioritization skills. - Desires to work in a dynamic technical application environment to provide excellent testing results - Good ability to convey technical information to an audience with various levels of technical knowledge, including a business user base that may lack a deep understanding of application technology. - High sense of urgency and commitment to exceeding customer expectations. - Ability and willingness to operate within tightly controlled policies and procedures. - Demonstrated technical competencies.Good analytical and communications skillsMatrix Global Services is a leading multinational corporation that provides innovative and comprehensive solutions in technology, consulting, and outsourcing.
