Depending on your experience, the role will be designated as Associate, Manager, or Assistant Manager. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients across a range of tax matters, including preparation and review of T1, T2, and T3 tax returns, CaseWare utilization, and Notice of Assessment documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Return Preparation: Prepare, review, and file T1, T2, and T3 tax returns in compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.Year-End and NTR Experience: Lead or support year-end file closures and perform Notice to Reader (NTR) engagements.Notice of Assessment: Prepare and review Notice of Assessment documents for clients.Client Consultation: Advise clients on tax-related matters, address inquiries, and provide practical solutions while ensuring client satisfaction.Tax Compliance: Stay current on changes in tax legislation to ensure compliance and minimize client risk.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to deliver seamless, high-quality tax services.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required for Associate level).Professional tax qualification or designation (preferred for Manager/Assistant Manager levels).Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in Canadian tax.Technical Expertise:Proven experience in preparing and reviewing T1, T2, and T3 returns.Proficiency with Notice of Assessment preparation and review.Familiarity with CaseWare and similar tax preparation tools.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a client-focused mindset.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance incentivesProfessional development and training opportunitiesCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
