Job Description

Technical Delivery: Design, develop, test, and implement robust integration solutions on the Workato iPaaS platform, adhering to the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. Migration Execution: Actively participate in the technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO/Java Microservices to WORKATO, ensuring a smooth and reliable transition. Best Practices & Quality: Contribute to team best practices by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the platform. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in integration workflows, from development through to production environments. Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Leads, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all developed solutions, including data mappings, API specifications, and support guides.

The Successful Applicant

A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on enterprise integration. Direct development experience with WORKATO for enterprise projects is highly desirable. Proven, hands-on development experience in at least one significant migration project from a traditional middleware platform (like TIBCO, MuleSoft) to a modern iPaaS solution. Experience contributing to the design and architecture of complex integration solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details clearly to team members and immediate counterparts. A strong background in a language like Java or Python is required , as it demonstrates a solid understanding of fundamental software engineering principles.
