Kshema General Insurance Limited (Kshema) is India's only Digital Agri Insurance Company established in 2018, catering to farmers and cultivators in the Agriculture Sector.

We enable cultivators with resilience from financial distress due to extreme climate events and perils through localized insurance products, leveraging Technology to provide cutting-edge insurance solutions.

With a pan-India presence, we have more than 500+ employees on roles along with 500+ contractors.

Job DescriptionRequired Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of financial risk management, hedging strategies, and knowledge of ALM.

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop a financial risk management framework/strategy as per company's business objectives and risk appetite.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with senior management and credibly challenge strategies/policies based on independent risk assessments/inputs to facilitate risk-based decision-making.

  • Conduct research/statistical analysis to assess frequency and severity of risk events through stress testing, sensitivity analysis, etc.
  • Develop, calibrate, and run high-quality risk models for quantification and assessment of risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify material changes in risk profile proactively and emerging risks.
  • Perform financial risk reviews for Market and Credit risk.
  • Ensure ALM risk management - liquidity risk and interest rate risk.

Requirements:

  • PREFERRED: MBA with engineering background/CA.
  • Certifications: FRM/IRM.
