  • This role involves leveraging HR data and analytics to provide insights, drive informed decision-making, and enhance overall organizational performance
  • The HR Analyst collaborates with HR teams and business leaders to deliver actionable insights that support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR data strategy, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Establish and maintain data governance processes for HR data sets
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of HR data to extract meaningful insights and trends
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and business leaders in decision-making
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to conduct workforce planning using data-driven insights
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing workforce composition and skill sets
  • Analyze hiring data to identify trends, improve time-to-fill metrics, and enhance candidate experience
  • Provide insights into factors influencing turnover and strategies to improve retention
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze performance data to assess individual and team effectiveness
  • Support the development of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
