Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager/civil engineer to contribute in executing various commercial real estate projects (hotels/resorts/fabricated structures/etc.) that the company has in its pipeline in the coming year.Job role: Sr. Project manager (Civil + Interior designer)Duration: Full timeLocation : MumbaiJob experience: 10+ yearsJob responsibilitiesUnderstanding of the hospitality/hotel industry, civil/infrastructural requirements, construction materials, etcUnderstanding of MEP requirements, project management/execution, civil audits/inspectionsUnderstanding of designing, troubleshooting, delivering, and documenting projectsUnderstanding of vendor, inventory, and expense (CAPEX/OPEX) managementUnderstanding of various building construction raw materials, procurement process, vendor selection, pricing, etcUnderstanding of AutoCAD designing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting & architectureUnderstanding of the company's design standards/guidelines/timelines for seamless project deliveryUnderstanding of space planning (interior/exterior), finish selection, product/furniture specificationCoordinating with various teams e.g. design, procurement, etc. for timely project deliveryExecuting projects across different geographies within budgets & timelines with the help of contractual laborers, contractors, etcManaging BOQs, project scope, project schedule, project costs and project risksProviding technical advice to staff, designer, supervisor, inspector, and contract service providersEnsuring compliance of construction activity to best industry standards (international & local), planned timelines, allotted budget, relevant rules, regulations, etc. as per company strategy and goalsQualificationsEducational background: Masters in civil/architecture/interior design or in civil engineering or related backgroundPast related work experience in hospitality or related industryHands-on experience in construction, site management, MEP, HVAC, etc.Related experience in project management, execution, delivery, and documentationPrior experience in scaling/managing teams, working in a fast-paced environment, etcOutstanding analytical, communication, interpersonal & time-management skills
