Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SCM Tester / Functional Analyst with a strong background in supply chain processes to join our team as a contractor for Vodafone. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in testing and validating end-to-end supply chain functions within SAP. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of SAP MM, SD, EWM, and MDG modules, with a specific focus on their application within the telecom industry. You'll be responsible for executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to guarantee that our supply chain systems are robust and efficient.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Planning & Execution : Design, develop, and execute test cases for various SAP Supply Chain Management modules, including MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and MDG (Master Data Governance).

- Process Validation : Validate key supply chain processes such as Purchase Order (PO) creation, vendor setup, catalog detection, and emergency PO types. Ensure that the ECC uploader functions correctly for various data loads.

- Testing Methodologies : Perform and support various types of testing, including regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and automated testing using tools like HP ALM, Tosca, and UFT.

- End-to-End Testing : Conduct full-cycle, end-to-end testing of ITM (Issue-to-Market) processes, from service request creation to fulfillment, ensuring seamless data flow across modules.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to validate processes related to RFX (Request for X), supplier evaluations, and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) compliance.

- Customization & Integration Support : Support the validation of custom SAP configurations and integrations, ensuring they meet specified business requirements without causing issues to standard processes.

- Documentation & Defect Management : Accurately document all test results, manage defect logs, and participate actively in defect triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions to drive issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience : A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP SCM testing or as a functional analyst.

- Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- SAP Expertise : Strong functional and testing knowledge of SAP MM, SD, EWM, and MDG, with specific exposure to an S/4HANA environment.

- Industry Knowledge : Solid understanding of supply chain flows and processes, with a preference for experience within the telecom sector.

- Testing Principles : Familiarity with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect management principles, and standard Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.

- Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have :

- Certifications : An SAP SCM certification is a plus.

- Automation : Proven experience with test automation tools like Tricentis Tosca or UFT.

- DevOps : Knowledge of testing within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

- Advanced Concepts : Experience with risk-based testing and developing regression automation strategies.

- Cross-Module Knowledge : A good understanding of cross-module integration with SAP CO (Controlling) and SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
