Job Description :

We are looking for a Service Management Specialist with expertise in Industrial Device as a Service, Mobile as a Service, and global support operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise device services, optimizing workspace platforms, and ensuring seamless support for industrial and mobile devices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Industrial Device as a Service (IDaaS) Management.

- Provide and manage Industrial Device as a Service (IDaaS) for enterprise environments.

- Deploy and manage industrial devices using Workspace ONE.

- Optimize device provisioning, lifecycle management, and security policies.

- Mobile as a Service (MaaS) Solutions.

- Offer Mobile as a Service (MaaS) solutions to support enterprise mobility needs.

- Manage and deploy mobile devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).

- Implement MDM and security policies to ensure compliance and secure device usage.

- Support Services & End-User Experience.

- Ensure a seamless out-of-the-box experience for end users.

- Provide global and local support for device-related issues.

- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize device performance and security.

Required Skills :

- 6-8 years of experience in Service Management, Device Management, and End-User Support.

- Expertise in Workspace ONE for Industrial Device as a Service (IDaaS).

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for Mobile as a Service (MaaS).

- Strong understanding of device lifecycle management and enterprise mobility solutions.

- Experience in MDM, security policy enforcement, and compliance management.

- Ability to provide end-user support and optimize device experiences.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for Service Management.

- Experience with enterprise procurement and vendor management.

- Familiarity with Zero Trust Security, Endpoint Protection, and Threat Mitigation.
