The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and optimize front-end applications while guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of front-end developers working on Angular projects.- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Angular (latest versions preferred).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, design, product management) to deliver robust applications.- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solution architecture.- Manage timelines, task allocation, and ensure timely delivery of projects.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 9 to 12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Angular (version 8 and above).- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs.- Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices and responsive design.- Experience in team management, task allocation, and mentoring developers.- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
