Student Counselor

Job descriptionApplyAZ Inc. is an EdTech company transforming the study-abroad experience, helping students access tuition-free degree paths in Italy for both bachelor’s and master’s programs.We are hiring a Student Counselor to nurture & convert our qualified leads into paid customers, onboard and support each student end-to-end, maintain customer relationships, and execute targeted outbound to partners, influencers, and ambassadors.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Conversions: Convert qualified leads to paid enrollments via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video call; own the funnel from first touch to payment.CRM Excellence: Operate in Intercom with rigorous pipeline hygiene, activity logging, segments/views, sequences, and daily reporting.Educate & Guide: Clearly explain pathways, timelines, and expectations; handle objections on fees, fit, and safety.Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals.Maintain Integrity: Engage only consented leads; keep records accurate and complete.Qualifications and SkillsExperience Required: 2+ years in study-abroad/education services sales for the Indian market with consistent conversions.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets.CRM Proficiency: Intercom Tech-Savvy: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets; comfort with call recording/QA.Communication: Strong English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are a plus.Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with command of funnel math (attempts, connects, show-ups, close rate, collection rate).Hardware Ready: Reliable laptop and smartphone.On-Ground Presence: Able to meet hot leads and qualified students (and families) in person when needed.Why Join ApplyAZ?Transform Lives: Help students access world-class, low-cost education in Italy.Modern Platform: Work within a streamlined, tech-enabled process.Career Growth: Join a fast-growing team with clear performance paths.Flexibility: Remote role aligned to IST hours.Attractive Rewards: Fixed monthly payment and performance incentives.IndustryEducationContractNote: This position is for professionals with proven study-abroad sales experience in India.
