Job Title:Senior Salesforce Service Cloud DeveloperLocation:Hyderabad - Hybrid Role Employment Type:Full-time Work time: Support till 12:00am ISTAbout the Role We are seeking aSenior Salesforce Service Cloud Developerto design, build, and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that enhance customer support efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience with Service Cloud functionalities, and a strong understanding of integration, automation, and customization best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements. Customize and configureCase Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Email-to-Case, and Live Chatfunctionalities. DevelopApex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), Flows, andVisualforce pages. Integrate Salesforce with external systems usingREST/SOAP APIsand middleware tools. Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize service processes for better efficiency. Maintain code quality and best practices throughunit testing, CI/CD, andversion control. Provide technical mentorship and perform code reviews for junior developers. Participate in system upgrades, patch releases, and Salesforce platform optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong experience of Salesforce development experience, with at least3 years focused on Service Cloud. Strong expertise in: Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Async Apex) Lightning Web Components (LWC) Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata Omni-Channel Routing, Case Assignment, Macros, and Quick Text Knowledge Management and Email-to-Case configurations Experience inSalesforce integrations(REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services). Familiarity withSalesforce DevOps tools(Copado, Gearset, Git, or Bitbucket). Strong understanding ofSalesforce security, data model, and sharing rules. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultantand/orSalesforce Platform Developer IIcertification. Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments. Exposure toEinstein Bots,Experience Cloud, orField Servicemodules is a plus. Prior experience in leading small development teams or mentoring developers.
