Noida, Sector 62 (On-site).Job Type: Full-time, In-office.About is a fast-growing SaaS-based company revolutionizing the audiovisual (AV) industry through intelligent automation and design tools.Our mission is to empower AV professionals with cutting-edge software that simplifies design, documentation, and project workflows.Join our dynamic team and be part of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.Position are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at XTEN-AV.The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting our business goals through effective people management.Key Manage the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall business strategy.- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.- Maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.- Lead performance appraisal systems and oversee training and development programs.- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee well-being.Qualifications & Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of proven HR experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.- Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll, etc.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- A collaborative, innovation-driven culture.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
