Location: Udupi / Mangaluru

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Leader to guide our design team in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into compelling designs while mentoring your team and fostering a creative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Maintain design consistency and standards across platforms.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and foster a user-centric design culture.


Skills & Tools Required:

  • Strong UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch , and prototyping tools like InVision.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 8+ years of UI/UX experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work and process.
