Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Shriram Properties Ltd, located in Chennai.
- As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for communication and customer service, sales, training, and sales management.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, building relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to train and motivate a sales team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
