Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both business development and operational processes within a dynamic startup environment. As an intern, you will support the team in driving business growth, streamlining operations, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and market expansion strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
- Help in creating and presenting business proposals, pitch decks, and reports.
- Participate in networking events, meetings, and presentations to represent Nynii.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
Operations:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of services.
- Work closely with the operations team to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
- Support in resolving operational challenges and implementing solutions to improve service delivery.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to business operations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and eager to learn.
