Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced 3D Render Specialist with advanced skills in real estate rendering to join our team in a face-to-face role in North Delhi. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio and experience across multiple real estate sectors, producing photorealistic 3D renders that align with each project’s unique requirements.


Responsibilities

The candidate will create high-quality renderings for the following property types:

  • Workplace
  • Hospitality
  • Multi-Res/BTR
  • Townhouses
  • Student and Co-Living
  • Single Detached Homes and Community
  • Private Residential
  • Industrial
  • Warehouse
  • Service Stations
  • Car Dealerships
  • Storage Warehouses
  • Property developers 
  • Architects drawing


Key duties include:

  • Developing photorealistic 3D renderings that capture each real estate type’s unique appeal.
  • Collaborating with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Using advanced 3D software skills to create both interior and exterior visualizations.
  • Maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction across all projects.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a 3D Render Specialist, preferably in real estate or architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in:

- 3ds Max and V-Ray (for high-quality rendering)

- SketchUp and Lumion (for quick modeling)

- AutoCAD and Revit (for CAD and BIM collaboration)

  • Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic 3D renderings across various real estate types.
