Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Follow up on legal and compliance requirements to ensure project adherence to regulations.
  • Implement strategies to reduce complexity and streamline project processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in project management is a plus.
