Job Summary:

The Salesforce CPQ Specialist is responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting the Salesforce CPQ platform to streamline the quote-to-cash process. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical teams to configure pricing, quoting, and contract management solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure & Customize CPQ:

Set up Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, discount rules, and quote templates.
Integration & Automation:

Work on Salesforce CPQ integrations with other platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM) to automate and optimize the sales process.
System Maintenance:

Maintain and upgrade Salesforce CPQ configurations to meet the evolving needs of the business.
User Training & Support:

Provide training and support to end users to ensure efficient use of the Salesforce CPQ platform.
Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Process Optimization:

Analyze and optimize the existing CPQ processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and drive faster quote approvals.
Documentation:

Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user training materials.
Testing & Troubleshooting:

Conduct system testing, troubleshoot errors, and provide ongoing support for new features and functionality.

Experience
8 -10 years of experience in Salesforce administration with specific experience in Salesforce CPQ.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules is a plus.
Certifications:
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is preferred.
Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer Certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and custom objects.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (optional but highly preferred for developer roles).
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) and knowledge of APIs and web services.
Business Knowledge:
Understanding of the quote-to-cash (QTC) process.
Ability to work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to understand their needs and improve system functionality.
