We are not just adopting AI; we are building it into the core of our business and solutions.This approach allows us to deliver intelligent, transformative experiences for our clients across industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.We are seeking bright, enthusiastic, and skilled professionals who are eager to contribute to our shared mission and thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.Role Summary : As a Full Stack Developer at Biz4Group, you will design, build, and deliver high-quality, AI-powered applications using modern technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and AWS.You will play a critical role in project success by writing clean code, collaborating across teams, mentoring peers, and continuously innovating.Success in this role means taking ownership of your work, proactively solving challenges, and ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, AWS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, project managers) to translate client requirements into high-quality technical solutions.- Write clean, efficient, and secure code, ensuring best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation.- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.- Monitor project modules and proactively publish progress reports, risks, and quality metrics to ensure timely delivery.- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure consistent progress in an Agile/Lean environment.- Implement and manage version control practices (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.) to streamline development workflows.- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them where relevant to drive innovation.- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain high standards for accessibility and usability.Qualifications : Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience : 3-7 years of professional experience developing applications using MERN/MEAN stack technologies.Technical Skills : - Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, AWS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular 2+ or React preferred).- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Materialized CSS, Sass, and Less.- Familiarity with build tools and task runners such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt, and transpilers like Babel.- Experience with RESTful APIs, Web API, MVC, and working with both NoSQL and relational databases.- Solid understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, SVN).Agile Mindset : Hands-on experience working in Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environments.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Nice to Have : Experience with Python frameworks and/or React Native.Professional Traits : A continuous learner who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated to stay ahead of technology trends.
