Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts Quality Assurance & Risk Management : Implement QA processes to ensure deliverables meet client and business Project Closure : Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved operations/support teams. Obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders and clients.Qualifications & Skills : - Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), or similar certification Skills : - Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and IT security principles.- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
