AIML Engineer

TEKsystems is seeking for a talented and passionate Lead AI/ML Engineer to join the AI foundry program to contribute to the development and deployment of ML models for AI use cases across the platform. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient ML models using Python and other supporting technologies including Cloud Run, SQL, GCP, and Vertex AI.


Role: Lead AI/ML Engineer

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai

Work Mode: Hybrid

Work timings: 01pm to 10PM/12PM to 09PM


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using predictive analytics, in Python, Tensorflow, Pytorch etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, data science) to define and refine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection to ensure optimal model performance.
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable machine learning pipelines
  • Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for real-time and batch processing.
  • Keep up with the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore new technologies and frameworks.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 7 relevant to 14 years of experience in application development with strong experience in Python development with NumPy, Pandas, Sci-kit learn packages
  • Strong understanding of and experience working with, machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Strong understanding of and experience working with Deep learning algorithms such as CNNs, RNNs, MLPs, Feed forward Neural Networks etc., including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with popular machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with any public cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Cloud Run, SQL, and other GCP or other equivalent cloud services will be a plus
  • Experience with Vertex AI or other AI/ML platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Good communication and articulation skills
  • Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
