Description : About the job :We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer with a strong background in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration, SPFx development, and Power Automate workflows. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.Key Responsibilities : - Perform SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration activities.- Develop and customize solutions using SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features.- Build and maintain SPFx web parts and extensions.- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint OnPrem/Online.- Document technical specifications and user guides.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on SharePoint .- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises architecture and migration strategies.- Must have experience on migration ShareGate/AvePoint tools.- Proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.- Experience with Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation.- Familiarity with SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features and customization.- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior.Good To Have Qualifications : - Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform.- Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Teams integration.- Knowledge of Azure services related to SharePoint and Power Platform.Location : Kolkata - EMBI - A.
