Essential Duties & Responsibilities:.

- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant conversations to engage with our audience.

- Schedule and publish content across different platforms using social media management tools.

- Monitor analytics and generate reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community around our brand.

- Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices to suggest new ideas and strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

- Analyze social media metrics and track performance to optimize strategies and campaigns.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively.

- Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities or potential threats.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other relevant partners.

- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to management.

Qualification & Skill requirements:.

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to track social media performance.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
