Role OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated professionals for the position of Manager / Associate Manager / Senior Associate Investor Services / Transfer Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor servicing, operations, or transfer agency functions within financial services. This is a key role that requires attention to detail, strong client service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of investor services or transfer agency functions.- Oversee transaction processing, investor reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.- Monitor and improve processes for operational efficiency and service quality.- Ensure adherence to internal controls and standard operating procedures.- Support audit and regulatory review processes.- Mentor and lead junior team members, depending on role level.- Provide support for new client onboarding, transitions, and system migrations.- Assist in project management and technology implementations related to investor servicing.Required Qualifications- Bachelors or master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.- 2-8 years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or transfer agency.- Strong knowledge of financial markets, fund structures, and regulatory requirements.- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with investor services platforms is a plus.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience in leading teams or projects (for Manager/Associate Manager roles).Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with global financial institutions or hedge fund clients.- Understanding of FATCA, CRS, AML/KYC guidelines.- Familiarity with tools like Investran, Advent Geneva, or similar platforms- - (ref:iimjobs.com)
