Manager - Compliance & Process - Data Center

Years of Experience: 10+ Years- Location: Turbhe, Navi Optimization:- Design, document, and implement standardized processes for datacenter operations, including incident management, change management, and operational workflows.- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.- Utilize data-driven insights to streamline operations and reduce operational risks.Policy Development and Training:- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to APAC datacenter operations.- Train staff on compliance with requirements, safety protocols, and operational best practices.- Foster a culture of compliance and accountability across the organization.Risk & Control Management:- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to security, availability, and data integrity.- Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), access controls, and change management.- Experience in developing and enforcing policies (security, incident response, BCP/DR).Stakeholder Collaboration:- Work closely with legal, IT, security, and facility management teams to align compliance and process initiatives.- Liaise with regional regulators, auditors, and third-party vendors to ensure adherence to standards.- Collaborate with global compliance teams to ensure consistency with corporate policies.Reporting and Monitoring:- Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and KPIs to track adherence and performance metrics.- Provide regular reports to senior management on compliance status, risks, and process improvements.- Monitor and report on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance in datacenter facilities.Incident and Risk Management:- Lead investigations into compliance breaches or process failures, implementing corrective actions.- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for datacenter operations.- Ensure proactive risk management to minimize disruptions to Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field- Master's preferred.- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) preferred.- 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or process management in datacenter, IT, or related industries.- Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity, environmental regulations).- Proven experience in process design, optimization, and implementation in complex operational environments.- Familiarity with datacenter standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ISO 27001).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.- Proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus.- Strong analytical skills and experience with compliance auditing and reporting tools.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
