Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Python, Node.js, React)

Job Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, Node.js, and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with a passion for creating seamless and responsive user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

  • Design and implement user interfaces using React.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.


Backend Development:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
  • Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design and manage data models.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.


Collaboration:

  • Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Proficient in Python and Node.js for backend development.
  • Strong experience with React for frontend development.
  • Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.


Skills:

  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
