Title: Associate General Manager – Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management. This involves ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. This includes analyzing financial performance and advising on improvements.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing efficiency measures. Monitoring expenses and managing financial performance against budget
  • Overseeing internal controls and audit processes to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Process improvements and automation, ICFR, risk & Compliance management
  • Managing foreign Subsidiary
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls



Skills:

  • Well versed with accounting standards / Ind-AS.
  • Good presentation and communication skills to deal with top management
  • Analytical skills to present insights to management on the business
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and task orientation
  • Ability to run the automation agenda for a finance function
  • Well versed with dealing with accounting packages such as Oracle / SAP
  • M&A exposure, experience with large audit firms, listed company experience – an added advantage
  • CA with minimum 10 yrs. of post qualification experience.
