The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.  Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Coordination: Support the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.Liaison Role: Serve as the communication bridge between clients, internal creative and servicing teams, talent managers, and vendors.Paperwork & Legal: Handle documentation including contracts, NDAs, brand approvals, and campaign agreements in coordination with the legal and finance teams.Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases for brands, influencers, celebrity associations, campaign trackers, and vendor lists.Research & Insights: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and campaign analysis to support business development and creative strategy.Trend Monitoring: Track emerging trends across social media, entertainment, fashion, and brand marketing to identify opportunities for innovation.Presentation & Reporting: Prepare marketing decks, campaign presentations, and post-campaign reports in PowerPoint / Google Slides.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, PR, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and approvals across projects.Research ,Develop and maintain databasesContribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiativesCoordinate and liase with teams for projects , campaignsfollowups for brand initiatives and respective social media , brand and marketing teamsSupport for campaign executionQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of all social networking platformsMust have prior agency experienceBased In MumbaiOn site job
