About the Role
Redhat OS hardening (Password policy, Audit policy, etc). Redhat OS upgrade, patching and roll back activity.
Responsibilities
- NFS file system creation and troubleshooting.
- LVM creation and volume management.
- File system creation and management.
- Disk space, CPU & Memory management.
- OS tuning.
- Application, Tools and other OS related package installation and upgrade.
- Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan.
- Coordinates onsite and offshore teams to keep track of the INC/Change/SR.
- Fixing vulnerabilities and other audit findings.
Qualifications
- Redhat certification added advantage.
Required Skills
- Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding.
- Good analytical abilities.
- Good Communication skills.
- Hand on experience in cloud computing (Azure/AWS).
- Hands on experience in Redhat OS administration.
