Hyderabad, India cranium IT Full time

As a Salesforce Service/Marketing/Sales Cloud Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Service, Sales, and Marketing automation solutions with the Salesforce Cloud platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions using the Salesforce Cloud platform to meet customer requirements.

Requirements :

- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Application Development (CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

- 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Experience with at least 2-3 Enterprise level Service Cloud projects.

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant & Platform Developer 1 certified.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Salesforce Application Development :

- Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Create Workflow rules, Process builder processes, and Visual Cloud flows in Salesforce.

- Develop custom APIs, work with standard APIs, and create integrations.

Service Cloud Customization :

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, service console, and other capabilities.

- Configure and customize Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements.

- Configure and optimize the Salesforce Service Console for efficient case management.

- Customize page layouts, components, and utility items to enhance agent productivity.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.

Communication Channel Management :

- Configure and manage omni-channel communication channels within Service Cloud.

- Set up routing rules and queues for different communication channels.

- Support various messaging channels like SMS, WhatsApp, etc.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Apex programming, Lightning Component Framework, Aura & LWC, Apex controllers, Triggers, Apex Batch jobs.

- Experience in REST and SOAP-based Web services.

- Implement and integrate third-party applications within Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with other Salesforce platforms like Marketing and Sales Cloud.

- Experience in APEX Data Loader.

- Strong in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Additional Skills :

- Configuration, operational support, administration, and performance tracking of Service Cloud is a plus.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competency and ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant & Platform Developer 1 certification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in Salesforce Application Development and Service Cloud customization.
