HCLTech Walk in Interview - Card Disputes and Chargebacks on 21 & 22nd June 2024.


Total Experience - 1 to 9 yrs of hands-on relevant experience is mandatory.

Joining Time: Only require candidates who can join within 30 days.

Roles : Analyst, Associate, Team leaders (Relevant experience is mandatory)

Interview Date- 21 & 22 June

Interview Time : (Candidates can walk in only between -10.30 - 1 PM only )

Key Skills:

Card Disputes, Chargebacks & Credit Fraud


Responsibilities

Research Credit/Debit card disputes and build dispute cases to recover funds for merchants (Visa/MasterCard/Amex etc.)

Validate appropriate data from internal and third party systems and ensure appropriate course of action is being pursued.

Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes during the lifecycle of dispute.

Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of Suspense Accounts and Scheme GL Accounts

Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity.

Serve clients by resolving product and service problems.

ACH and Other Transaction type and Dispute process awareness


Qualifications

Graduation is mandatory.

Strong computer skills required

Proficiency in MS Office

Experience in disputes or in the payments industry is mandatory

Excellent communication skills

Detail-oriented and results-driven

Analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information.


Minimum Requirements:


Graduation is Mandatory – Need to have all documentation.

Work from Office.

Flexible to work with US Rotational Shifts

Need to be flexible to travel during training.

Candidate should have experience in charge back and card disputes.


Note: Candidates from Customer care, Phone banking, KYC, Branch banking & Google wallets will not be suitable for this role.
